Server error in '/' application. The resource cannot be found.

Dear Members,

Everytime I am logged in the client in cloud, it is redirecting me to below page even though I am using incognito mode.

The system is opening then within few seconds, this page is showing.

I have closed the browser and logged in back but this is same.

Looking for your suggestions.

    Hello Anne Gomes,

    You have to check the following.

    1) Is there any scheduled maintenance activity is executing by Microsoft or not. If so, then you will not be able to access to system till this is complete.

    2) If point 1 do not satisfying; then check by deleting "All" history from the URL which you are using. It may solve the case.

    Have you tried with Edge or IE browser? Is there same problem you are facing?

    2nd point is actually fixed this issue. I removed the entire history and now able to access the system.

    Hi Anne,

    is this issue in the Sandbox/UAT or Live environment? If another browser or incognito mode does not solve the issue I suggest to create a support ticket via LCS to get the issue analyzed by Microsoft. maybe you can keep us updated.
