Pretty basic stuff here, but causing some distress on one particular computer.
When looking at an Item's properties, we always are able to see a product image under the 'Special' tab, so we have all the images sized correctly. Clicking on the magnify glass, we locate the correct folder containing the product image and pull up the specific image file and voila, picture appears in the box! Thing is, on a computer recently installed to the network (running Windows 7), the drive hosting the images is mapped correctly and can be explored, and the folder and image can be found via the magnify glass in that same Special tab containing the picture, but it won't display. As mentioned, this only happens on this one particular computer. Very puzzling and no one seems to have any ideas on how to get it to display. I can't locate anything on the RMS preventing a picture from displaying either.
Ideas?

First, thank you for posting this question. But I wonder why do I have to put the image in such way? So next time, I can solve similar questions.

thanks Grier! totally did the trick!
Make sure in SO Admin under the tab "Paths" you have correctly mapped to the folder on your remote host. i.e. G:\Pictures\ where G is your mapped drive letter on your Windows 7 computer.
