Gift Card Processing Error

Hello,

I am using RMS 2.0. I have set up the Store Gift Card as a Voucher item and I have set up gift cards as a tender type. In attempting to process either a sale for the Store Gift Card or the sale of another item using a gift card as a tender type, I am receiving the error "Connection to HQ failed" although the Voucher and HQ Servers are running on the relevant computer and the Voucher and HQ Client is running on the store server. Do I need to purchase additional licenses to have Voucher and HQ Client running on the POS terminals as well? Or will having them run on the store servers suffice? Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
