Export site map and check something is wrong in sitemap XML. for validation you can use schema available in SDK.

    Hi,

if you did not a lot of sitemap customizations you could set it back the the default sitemap with the help of the sitema editor in the XRMToolbox: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

I had this few times with my online instances and I did nothing with Sitemap. The only way is to contact Microsoft Support (unless of course you did not mess up with SiteMap - if yes then just rest it to default using SiteMap editor or import sitemap from Clean organization)

Iseem your sitemap xml file got corrupted .iff you have any solution which has site map either from dev or other instance then create new solution add the site map and import to target org. Hope this resolve the issue.

Is this happening to all users?

    If Yes then

Please use XRM tool box(https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/) to go throuht you site map...Try to open sitemap and change a bit and save..

    This might solve your problem.

As per me your site map has been corrupted.

    Hi,

if you have made any changes using older version of XRMToolbox then the chances are that your sitemap is corrupted, what i suggest is edit the sitemap from the customise this system option

    1. go to System-> Customisation -> Customise the system or you can visit this URL shown below directly

    https://COMPANYNAME.REGION.dynamics.com/tools/solution/edit.aspx?id=%7bfd140aaf-4df4-11dd-bd17-0019b9312238%7d

in this URL change COMPANYNAME & REGION with actual value

    2. Here go to client extensions & select the sitemap & click on edit button on top as shown below

    Sitemap_5F00_Editor.png

if you can open the sitemap here, then simply click on publish on this page & your problem should be resolved

    hope it will help
