We recently added a new code for an employer discretionary contribution to the a 401k. The is setup as all other, with no base and fixed amount (the amount is based on a fixed $ for each employee). Each employee has been setup with the code and a specific amount as been assigned to each employee. When calculating payroll, this new deduction is not being picked. I can't understand why.

Did you add the Deduction Code to each applicable Earnings Type (e.g. Regular, Bonus, Commission, etc.)?
