Word Templates using 2 REPORTS.DIC

Has anyone encountered the situation where their Client has 2 GP Clients (one for french and another for English) each having their own Reports.DIC.

I have imported the same package report for both dictionnaries.  Now I have to make 2 different Word Template (one for french and another for English) each pointing to their respective clients.

Unfortunately, Some templates that opens fine in English GP don't work properly in the french GP.  My main example is in a SOP Blank Order Form, the French GP shows line items, but the English GP won't show the line items of the order.

Anyone has encountered this?  Anybody have a solution?

do the french and english clients have their own install directories and their own dex.ini file??...it is in the dex.ini file where you set what dictionaries the install uses

Yes both have their own directory.

In each directory they will have the dynamics.set file...you can open it in notepad and edit it and ensure each instance of GP is pointing to the separate and correct report.dic file

sounds like they maybe pointing to the same one

Both GP are poiting to the same WORD TEMPLATE, but pointing to different REPORTS.DIC.  I think that is the problem.    Even if I imported the same report.package in both reports.dic, I'm having this issue where line items won't show in the word template from one of the two languages.
