Added Notes to activity entity - Can add one note and then close the entity and it does not allow to add anymore

If you exit the activity entity and revisit the page you cannot add additional attachments.

We are on 2016, version 8, on premise.

Hi Aleia

Are you closing/marking as complete/making the activity record inactive? You cannot add notes or attachments to inactive records, so this might be the reason for this. If you want to add more notes or activities, make sure you are not making the activity inactive.
