navigation list button missing or list filter not returning results

Hi, we just received updates to our Finance & Operations production environment to product version 10.0.34 & platform version Update58, and are experiencing major functionality changes with the navigation list and its filter.

For reference, here is a Microsoft diagram showing the previous placement of navigation list button (hamburger) and list itself:

Since the updates, in many modules, the button to open the navigation list is missing entirely:

And in other modules where the button is still present (albeit moved from the left side rail under the filter pane button up to the navigation bar), the filter doesn't return any results:

Hello @Ramit Paul, thanks for that link, it explains the change in position of the filter and navigation list buttons. Unfortunately in our environment there was also a change in the filter pane's behavior:

When going from Aged Balances form to Collections Details form, the filter pane is automatically populated with customer account field containing the selected customer, which prevents any other customers from being selected in the navigation list:

Before the update, the filter pane's filter was not automatically populated with any field, so we could instantly select different customers using the navigation list.

To get the same behavior now we must first delete the customer account number from the filter and click Apply:

Could the filter's behavior be changed in config?

And replying to my other issue about the navigation list button missing from certain forms, it seems to have been restored in most forms.
