Missing dlls and missing files in new released Microsoft Portal On-premise source code.

I downloaded the new released Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Portals Source Code from below URL and got below missing references and missing files. I don't know where to find those. Does somebody know how to find them? Thanks.

Microsoft.Cloud.InstrumentationFramework.Events
Microsoft.Cloud.InstrumentationFramework.Health
Microsoft.Cloud.InstrumentationFramework.Metrics
Telerik.Web.UI

Missing files:

Portals\Samples\MasterPortal\js\charts\highcharts\funnel.js

Portals\Samples\MasterPortal\js\charts\highcharts\highcharts.js

2020.07.13 i just grabbed the latest ADX community portal from Git.

it also has references to:

Microsoft.Cloud.InstrumentationFramework.Events

Microsoft.Cloud.InstrumentationFramework.Health

Microsoft.Cloud.InstrumentationFramework.Metrics

Telerik.Web.UI

But, there are no NuGet packages for these, and it is not clear where to download these references!

Where do we get these references?
