Reporting Currency Balance

Dear Sir

i have an peculiar issue. I have a transaction in USD so technically speaking the Reporting currencies should be also showing the same balance. But because the accounting currency in this entity is in a different currency i am not sure why am i getting a huge balance in the Reporting currency

Technically the balance should be only USD 25,598.00. Please advice how do i fix this.

Can you share the setup that has been made in the ledger form?

Also, can you check the currencies and exchange rates used /setup?

Dear Ludwig

Not sure if you are refereing the below Ledger Form

Exchange rates i have checked its all ok. the only thing we are using the Exchange rate in the unit of 100.
