I have to setup all batch job email alerts to a particular email address.
how to do this?

Hi Lakshmi,
When all batch jobs will run with a same user account, it can use the same email. Another option is to create alert rules on the batch history, but then the history should not be disabled per batch job. I do assume, you don't want to receive an email for the workflow processing each minute?
yes...i don't want to receive email each minute. How to create alert rules with a particular email?
Did you look at the below link ?

I would suggest to first configure the batch alerting to the level you need. E.g. error only for batch tasks that run each minute and full log for those which you always want to monitor when it is ended. Then review the batch history form. If it is correct, you can set an alert on this batch history.
