    Hi Kechi,

As Mehdi mentioned, we need to enable Notes (includes attachments) † and Activities † for the entity.

Both boxes are grayed out at the moment.

I'm afraid that you should recreate your Entity. @Lu Hao can you confirm please ?

    Hi Kechi,

Could you tell us what the entity of this screenshot is?

    Is it the Activity entity?

    pastedimage1590545480834v1.png

If so, since Activity entity do not have forms, you need to insert timeline into the specific Activity type entity forms, such as Email, Phone Call, Appointment.

    Hi Kechi,

Could you check if this form already have the timeline?

There can only be one timeline component per form.

It should be long in the form.

If i remove the timeline from this form will i then be able to see it under my "web-Edit Case" form ?

    Hi Kechi,

no, the forms should behave separately. Are you sure you don't already have it on your "web-Edit Case" form?

    Hi Kechi,

    1. As Marcel said, each form is separated and independent. The timeline of the "Case for interactive experience" form has nothing to do with the "web-Edit Case" form.

    2. With the fact that "Case for interactive experience" form has the timeline, we are sure that the timeline can be added into Case entity forms, including "web-Edit Case" form.

So, please check the "web-Edit Case" form again to see if it already has the timeline.
