Hi Guys,

after creating and receiving a PO the product receipt journals will be found under (sub-ledger journal not transferred yet) in general ledger so i have to transfer those journals so it can be shown in sub-ledger

but when i create SO and open packing slip fast tab i found the journal with no need to be transferred from GL.

so my question is how to make the same for PO i need to show the product receipt & invoice directly on PO screen and not to be transferred ?

Hi,

This can be setup in the GL parameters.

If you set your parameter settings to synchronous, there is no need to wait or to transfer something manually.

Hi Eslam,

In addition: The batch transfer rule setting, mentioned by Ludwig has a standard option called batch. If your batch job has been deleted or the batch servers are not activated, it will also not post it automatically.

You can choose how you want to transfer the subledger:

- Synchronous: It will be done when posting the PO, but the user will have to wait a little bit longer for completing the posting process.

- Asynchronous: It will be picked up by an invisible thread on the AOS server.

- Batch: the batch framework will take care of the transfers and you will also have the option to review generated errors and batch history log.
