We have an external form at our wordpress webiste for newsletter subscriptions.

Now we want to create a workflow when a contact check the checkbox of a newsletter field that this contact wil become a member of a marketing list

Whilst there is no out of the box Workflow action/activity that adds to a Static Marketing List it can be done by one of the following:

Power Automate Flow, or

Custom Workflow Activity - this utility has a wide range of functionality including Add to Marketing List the capability https://github.com/demianrasko/Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools

Hi

There is no workflow action that adds a contact to a static marketing list.

The workaround is to create a process that updates the contact record, and create a dynamic markeing list that include this type of records.
