Hi Parsawala! I'm not a huge specialist but I want to help you in the other way. I would recommend you to read The book thief power of words essay at https://freebooksummary.com/the-book-thief-power-of-words-essay-46070 for some great cultural experience. This might help you with other study problems. At least it is interesting to read. What do you think about that?

Visit customersource it has a ton of free documents.  Most of the information is for the Classic environment but you can find some for the RTC.  We too are looking for quality training materials but primarily for the RTC environment.

If you are planning to run in Classic mode you can find great training videos at http://www.navisiontraining.net/.  Rick and his son have done a great job getting the material that matters on video and easy to learn.

Most all of our learning has come from flying in a paid VAR to teach us.  I think this is the norm.

     Sincerely,
    Michael
