Hi All, We have a requirement for LP consolidation and putaway after Inbound QA is completed. I have tried few options like Movement by template and LP consolidation but they either don't work or have too many steps.
Wondering if any one has suggestion on how to handle the below requirement-
1. Items are received in Receiving location
2. Purchase order receiving/ Putaway and PO receipt is posted all at the same time.
3. During Putaway if there's a Quality association, item does not leave the Receiving location.
4. Quality order is generated.
5. Quality team completes quality order in the Receiving location.
6. Once Quality order is completed (Fail/pass) based on the result they want to move it to a non-LP tracked location manually.
In step 6, user wants to first consolidate multiple License plate into one Parent license plate and then move it to a NON-LP location.
When we move the parent LP from LP controlled to non-LP location, we will loose the parent license plate. This parent license plate will be reused to combine inventory and move them multiple time.
Eg: Two item A (LP001) and B (LP002) are in Receiving location (LP controlled). User first wants to merge them in parent LP (LP-MAIN= LP001 + LP002) in Receiving location. Once this is merged they want to do a movement (using mobile device menu Movement) to location XYZ which is non-LP controlled. I move LP-Main from Receiving to XYZ.
