Form Captures not showing accurate submission data

Hi

I added a form capture and tracking script to my landing page and can see from the website data (WordPress) that we had about 9 submissions on my form since yesterday. When looking at Dynamics Marketing at the Form Capture, however, I can see it has been tracking anonymous visitors, but only shows 1 submission.

What could the reason be why it is not adding up?

    Hi,

    There are first-party cookies that are available for a short period of time.

    So if there was an email tracking link click about 2 weeks before we will be able to identify the contact. Otherwise, Marketing will collect website visits/clicks as anonymous

    Thanks for the response. But what about an actual form submission then? This should be going into Dynamics as a lead right?

    Hi Yola,

    Since I cannot know exactly how your form is designed, it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
