Hi, I am new to GP, and my company is running an older version, version 10. We have a new customer service manager and she asked the following question:
"If I refine my search in Smartlist to ‘SOP type’ and then greater than January, 1, 2014, I get the following list of 312 open orders so far in January.
Is there a way I can get to the ‘comments’ on each of these orders without going through them one-by-one?
I saw, somewhere, ‘all history comments’??? but I didn’t have permissions to get into it to see if it’s what I am looking for."
Can anyone guide me on what permission she would need to be able to see all comments at a glance?
