Invalid Argument: Exception Message: Required field Quote Id is missing

I'm trying to produce a quote of a new Sales instance. When I add quote products and try to save them I get the following error.

Invalid Argument:

Error code: 0x80040203

Log: Exception Message: Required field Quote Id is missing

The quote ID is pulling through ok

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Do you have any plugin or workflow which triggers on creation of Quote?

Are you calling some javascript on onsave event? The error might be because of custom action too.... please share the screenshot of error.

Hi Matt,

Is this user a system administrator?

Try with sys admin to see if the issue can be replicated.

This is a internal plugin - and seem like the quote id is not being able to fetch - which make think about privilege issue.

This is a bug designed by Microsoft, I think. The root cause is that the forms of Quote-Line is larger than one, resulting in other expressions not being associated with Quote. The solution is to remove the other forms of Quote-Line and keep only one. Similar errors that apply to other entities.
