Send Direct Email - Bulk Email System Job is stuck at Waiting for event
 
When we send Direct Email from Cases, it creates Bulk Email System Job. 
 
Looks like that job is stuck and waiting for event forever. Any one encounter this issue?
 
It used to be working fine until one month ago.

    Found Solution and follow the below steps to resolve the issue. 
     
    In order for bulk email jobs to resume, you must cancel the Bulk Email job in the "Waiting for Event" status. This will allow the subsequent Bulk Email Jobs to execute. However, because multiple users may have tried to invoke the “Send Direct Email” function on the same group of records, you may have duplicate pending Bulk Email jobs. To prevent duplicate email records from being created, you will need to review the pending Bulk Email jobs and cancel them as needed to prevent this possible issue from occurring. To review the pending Bulk Email jobs, please follow these steps:
    1. Navigate to Settings -> System Jobs
    2. Click the filter icon, then select the down arrow on the System Job Name column and select “Bulk Email”. Click Ok.
    3. Review all pending Bulk Email jobs and cancel any that may result in unwanted, duplicate email records. Do not cancel the Bulk Email job which is in “Waiting for Event” status yet.
    4. After all pending Bulk Emails jobs are canceled, you may cancel the Bulk Email job which is “Waiting for Event”. After canceling this job, all pending Bulk Email jobs will begin to process.
