Did anyone experience issues with loading Dynamics 365 V9 Unified interface dashboard or entity pages on a Citrix Virtual Desktop environment?

We have recently developed a Case Management system using V9 Unified Interface and some users on Citrix Virtual Desktop environment seems to be having issues with loading pages.

Some users reported issues with dashboard views not loading properly, meaning data not populated for Activity view on the dashboard. And today another issue was reported when they try to create a new case, they got Error Loading Control error as shown below.

I just wanted to see if anyone came across similar issues and have any suggestions or solutions

We have another customer who is on V9 Classic UI did not have many UI issues, but they complained about page loads take more time than when they try outside of Citrix environment.

Thanks
