So i do all the po's and receiving for my company so it can get to be a lot of data entry. Is there a shortcut key - in purchase order entry for the document detail arrow? When entering a po - I always have to go to the screen and can get through the whole order without using a mouse except for that one place. It used to automatically opened but when we upgraded, that customization didn't follow and i can't get anyone to add it back - we just switched companies handling our GP. Just a shortcut key would do great.

    I am not aware of one.  It shouldn't be more than an hour customization thought, I wouldn't think.

    I found this document on the internet. There isn't a shortcut for the particular expansion window but the document might be useful.

    It is the expansion arrow after the vendor id is entered. It allows to enter the ship via, ship to, etc.

    So i haven't quite mastered any of the VBA Modifier - I am new to it and trying to learn but in the meantime i did figure out a way to get my results. I recorded a macro and assigned it a shortcut key so i can just hit it without going to my mouse. I created one for each of the arrows i always need. It seems to work perfectly.
