Item Deleted Error Message

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello everyone,

We have a client on the web version that is getting the following error message when entering a sales order. "This item has been deleted since you opened this window." The client has seen it on the main SOP window and on the item detail window.

I am thinking this may be an internet issue. If there internet is slow then it's possible that she is losing connection to the SQL server. Or potentially the page is timing out?

Does anyone have any insight on this?

Thanks,

RM82

    First you need to check the particular item is exit or not

    1. If you have accessing for client DB please check  with that table level (IV00101 – Item Master)

    2. Or check open GP Cards --> Inventory --> Items window try to pick that particular item

    3. There might be a problem with fetching the data from Physical that Item master into filling to temp table of SOP

    @austinadams2k

    We unfortunately did not. Luckily, this was only experienced on the web version and our client switched back to the desktop.

    Did you have any luck addressing this?   I'm seeing this error too.
