Hello,

Is it possible to hide a warehouse for specific user in "on hand inventory" report AX 2012 R3 RTM?

We have a list of warehouses (approx 25) for a site (AE). We have hired a new worker and want him to be visible only 12 warehouses out of 25 for Site AE in "On Hand Inventory" report.

Is it possible to do this?

Hi Surinder,

This is possible with eXtensible Data Security. You need to create a security policy for it. There is no out of the box policy for this. More information about XDS can be found on TechNet.

Most neat solution would be using a setup table to link users to warehouses. This table is not available and you should then also create a new table, form, menu-item and security artifacts for it.
