Leave accrual not rounding?

Hi All, I'm trying to understand how to ensure pro-rated leave accrual is always rounded. I understand the MS doc info below to mean it is automatic, but it doesn't seem to work, so I am probably misunderstanding this.

Hi Simon,

You can contact your development colleagues to see the number of decimal places to round to about the field.

I will answer my own question.

There are parameters in Leave and absence types which I did not notice before.
