GP crashes when I try to print a Sales Order

I set up a new user and everything works except for printing. When she tries to print a sales order GP states it has stopped working, freezes and then give the "Close Program" option. I modified the Dex.ini to save a log and here is the tail end of that log. I also tried it on my PC, which I recently installed GP on and get the same issue. I am sure it is a setup issue, so I created my named printers and assigned those, yet I still have the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Log looks fine. I am more inclined to think you have a corrupted REPORTS.DIC dictionary file. Rename the reports dictionary file to REPORTS.OLD, then set security to the core Microsoft Dynamics GP report and print again to see if you end up with the same result.

    Are you using Named Printers?

    If so, it is possible that the printer settings selected for the current print task are out of date and causing the crash.

    Comment out the ST_MachineID setting my adding a semicolon ; at the start of the line in the Dex.ini.

    If that stops the crashing then Named Printers is the cause.

    Uncomment the setting and fix the printer settings in Named Printers setup.

                    Thanks. The issue was indeed related to the REPORTS.DIC file. It wasn't corrupted, but I was apparently using an old version of the file. I copied the file off a machine that was working correctly and the issue was resolved. Thank you very much for your response.
