i have given all the access to the end users which i have given to my existing company once i created a new company and given access to the end users i am getting a error

"The Database setup has not beenCompleted for Microsoft Dynamics GP ,Use Microsoft GP utilities to complete the setup before starting Microsoft GP "

This msg on enduser machine is displaying and the data base which i have create is showing lock how to release that loch , so can u tell me what is the error indicate

Hi,

The way I understand your email, you have created a company using GP utilities from one of the client installation. You provided user access unto this company but users are unable to login due to error as you mentioned.

If you can login successfully into this company using your PC, try to login on the same company using one of the users' pc. Alternatively try other users to login into same company using your PC. Doing such will give you information if the problem is user specific, company database specific or local client application.
