Is there a Twillio integration on Dynamics? other similar platforms?

Yes, you can integrate to Twilio via Microsoft Flow: flow.microsoft.com/.../twilio
There are many SMS tools that integrate to Dynamics 365.
Other than SMS, I don't think there's an out-of-the-box solution.
I need voice, not SMS.

Yes it is good . It can help to store the call activity but not the voice as attachment in the crm. Have similar product is available like ClickToDial . If you integrate with CISCO finesse then you can generate nice reports on calls and recordings.
