Unable to access Triggers in Customer Insights

Whenever we select a trigger from the list we are getting this error:
 
 
The user currently has the Power Platform Administrator role. Is there another role needed to be able to view this?

    The Power Platform Administrator role alone is insufficient. You need Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys Admin or System Administrator roles to view trigger integration status and usage. 

    1. Required Roles: 
       - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys Administrator
       - System Administrator

    Hi,
    The roles are not the issue:
     
    1. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys Admin does not exist in our directory, and auditors do not have guest accounts to SysAdmin roles
     
    2. The user creating the triggers can make them in our Production environment but not in the Dev environment.

    Hello Donaldking, 
    I believe we need more information to understand why it is showing an error when loading the trigger. 
    The very least, it could help to show what error it throws in Devtool displayed under Console. This could help to understand what is the nature of the problem and suggest possible solutions. 
     
    I could also suggest you to open a Microsoft Ticket for your problem.
