after downloading the language packs stops
I had a Outlook client but somehow deleted

pls help, I mike 10 upgrade ;))

    Hello Volo,

    Thank you for your query.

    Is this happening on a single machine or on all the machines. I would like to know whether there was any previous version of CRM client for outlook installed on this machine.

    If yes, I would suggest you to perform a clean un-installation (Using Microsoft Fix it) and also clean up the registries of the previous version.

    Then try to perform the upgrade.
