I was training a new person to do the payroll processes.
When they went to calculate payroll they receive a message that they did not have security to do this process.
All we could do was to click ok.
Now in my payroll build all my batches say posting.
How do I go forward?

She needs security to the Calculate Payroll Checks object in security. That is included in task TRX_PAYRL_003*. Try giving her access to that and see if you can complete the process. Have you tried removing the build and having another user create the build again?
