    Hi Sonia,

The Unified Interface on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on-premise is an early version and as such is very limited compared to what is available online.
There are no workarounds to display Letter and Fax activities as far as I know.

We are experiencing the Same Issue with Reports. We enabled Reports in our Sitemap but still does not show up in Unified Interface. Is there a workaround ?

For running reports, there are workarounds, you just need to customize command bar buttons to trigger those.
You can refer to that article for an example of approach: https://develop1.net/public/post/2018/04/06/Adding-Ribbon-Workbench-SmartButtons-to-the-Unified-Client

This is really Helpful. Thank you so much we will look into it.  Also the custom Entities don't show up in Unified Interface on prem. Is that how it is or is there a workaround ?

Custom entities should be compatible with the v9.0 on-prem version of the Unified Interface.

Have you added them to your app’s site map?

If you are talking about custom activity entities, then they indeed won’t be visible from a record’s timeline.

The latest on-prem v9.0 version still has a lot of gaps for the Unified Interface and I would understand that it’s a challenge to implement it for advanced production scenarios.
