Hello, I'm doing a ssrs report and have as parameters the vendors' regions to show sales, they ask me if I leave the empty parameter space, bring me all the regions consecutively, can you help me how to do it? Thank you so much

Hello, thanks but when I refer to regions I mean parts or divisions of a country, where each division or region has a group of sellers, the report is to show sales of vendors by region. If the field of regions is left blank, you must bring me all the regions, if you understood me?

In your ssrs report you should have a query range to filter data by region, so just add new logic not to apply filter if region is blank.

    Carolina,

Is that region parameter from a query or data contract of a data provider?

If it's a query range, you can leave it empty, and that range will not be applied. If your report is using data provider, you need to make sure your logic of finding data skips that criterion when it's empty.

You would like to add the condition, if user provided the parameter then use that else no need to use the where clause for that particular column.

Thanks, I did it and it does not solve what I want...
