Tabbing through a form

I had a weird request that I cannot answer.  I have a department that would like to pick which fields the tab button goes to next within a form.  Is there a way to program the tab selection within CRM.  They only thing I can think of is to edit the form and move the fields they want to hit next so it appears to be performing their request.

    I don't think you can do that (easily).  CRM tabs it's way through the fields

    You can programmatically change the tab order using Javascript but I think it would be tricky to set it to selected fields

    this is also a good blog

    but they are all CRM 2011 but I cannot see anything for CRM 2013 or anything in the UI to do it, particularly for random/user selected tabbing order
