Unable to launch VM in D365F&O apps training

Hi Team,

I have tried in Google chrome & Edge browser but unable to launch the VM

Which I have done --

First login in Microsoft learn https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/?source=learn with my personal account i.e Hotmail account.

Secon login in another browser https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/plan-config-global-address-book-finance-operations/4-exercise with onmicrosoft.com account but still unable to login.

But after Verify the account it just launch the VM. I am waiting for last 1 hr.

Kindly let me know is anything am i missing? pls help me to resolve the issue,

Please check out this old thread first : Solved: Unable to launch VM in Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps training (If you have checked the old thread mentioned and there is no problem, please see the following)
I saw a note in this document: the lab environment required to complete the exercises in this unit is temporarily unavailable. Exercise: Navigate the finance and operations apps - Training | Microsoft Learn In addition, this link also mentioned the same problem as yours: Lab not working for Exercise: Navigate the Finance and Operations App in D365 Training - Microsoft Q&A
It may not be your fault, I think you can open a ticket with Microsoft to determine if the lab environment is available and how to resolve this issue.

The fastest way to get a response is to raise an open service request on Contact support | Microsoft Learn. Its the fastest way to get any VMs sorted for Microsoft learn hands on lab. The site is very self explanatory so hope it helps.
