When I make purchase orders I will purchase the same item by using different units. Is it possible to have external item id on the the item but different units?
Hi, Generally, an item can usually only be associated with one external item ID. If an item is required to have multiple different external IDs, you may consider using custom development to implement it. There is no direct built-in method to implement the functionality of having different external item IDs on different units. Best Regards, Hana
