I have a strange situation. It started with a suspended Issues Batch. The Event Log looks like this:

So I pull up the batch in the Issues screen, and find item 04202. There are 3 Orders/Shipper ID's with this inventory ID.
I open the first - PRSS022197. I find the item 04202, and the Whse Bin Loc field is showing an asterisk (*) instead of a bin location. Quantity Ordered is 1 x Qty 6 UOM. In the Issues Screen, it's showing a Quantity of 5.98. This is obviously not correct...
I pulled the second - PRSS022195 and it's showing the same thing - Asterisk and Quantity Ordered is 1 x Qty 6 UOM. In the Issues Screen, it's showing a Quantity of 4. This is again, not correct...
On the third, PRSS022185, it does have item 04202 as Quantity Ordered 1 x Qty 6 UOM. It is showing the correct bin location of 02-126 for item 04202. However, on this order, item 04187 is showing an asterisk in the Whse Bin Loc field. In the Issues Screen, this is showing as a Quantity 6, which is what I would expect to see.
My questions:
1. What does the asterisk mean for the Whse Bin Loc (if anything)...?
2. These shippers are already closed so I'm not clear how to update them with the proper bin location. Can this be done?
3. In the Shipper screen, all 3 orders mentioned above have a correct quantity for 04202. Why is the batch thinking there's a qty 5.98 and a qty 4 out there somewhere...?
4. How do I get this suspended batch to release? I cannot edit anything on it, as it is partially released.
5. How do we avoid this in the future?
