You can use "Database and Upgrade Toolkit Archive for Microsoft Dynamics NAV" Page in the Partnersource to download all the old databases https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/northamerica/deployment/downloads/service-packs/MSD_NAVDatabaseArchive

If you have Microsoft partner source login then please check in Archive Database section in Downloads where you can download different versions of the software.
