I configured Twilio as the sms provider. I can send sms but have been unable to receive back to dynamics. I sent a test message to my personal cell phone and replied with a keyword, but the journey I set up does not seem to receive the reply. The contact record in Dynamics does not show I replied either. I can see the response in Twilio though.

A message comes in is set to "Webhook", the url is the "Incoming callback URL" I got from SMS providers in Marketing > Settings > Customer engagement > SMS Providers > Twilio > Settings
