After entering my user name and password and clicking on OK the following error message is received: "Your attempt to log in to the server failed because an unknown error occurred when the used ID and password were being verified. Attempt to log in again." This error occurred each time I attempt to login and after 3 failed attempts I was denied access. Has anyone seen this issue - I am using GP 2010 version.

    My issue has been resolved by my IT Department - it had to do with the virtual server environment.
