Hi,

I have understood doing the ms CRM customization using work flows but not comfortable when going through the complex scenarios i am not famillar with the coding part like using plugins, can any body suggest me what i need to go through for getting the perfection in the coding part because i am not famillar with any programming language still how to solve complex issues in ms crm how i need to approach them.

The first think that you should do is familiarize yourself with a programming language. Either VB.NET or C#. If you have no programming language experience VB.NET would probably be easier. If you have some experience with JavaScript for example C# would be easier to grasp.

Regardless, you will note that most people in these forums will provide you with examples using C#, so if you have a choice, I would go with that. You will need to get your hands on Microsoft Visual Studio and download the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 SDK, based on the version of CRM you are currently using.

The second thing, is that once you have a comfort level with a programming language, learn how to develop your basic plugins. The following link gives you the basic of writing your first article.
