Product parameters form is not opening correctly

Hello,

We have a problem with EcoResProductParameters form. This form is not fully opening, some objects are not rendered.

I think it might be related to incorrect form "packing", because after resetting "Usage data" form opens normally one time, but after closing it and re-opening problem repeats.

Form is standard with no modifications. Tried to do full compile, full CIL, deleting AUC files with AOS restart, but nothing helped.

Also, we have noticed that this problem persists on all our AX environments and for all users, connecting from different computers.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

Have you tried to refresh the form cache, if not please give a try. (Path: Tools > Caches > Refresh dictionary, Refresh data, Refresh elements).

    Hi Chaitanya,

I tried it along with AUC deletion, but it didn't help.

this is an abnormal issue, you need to debug it

    Hi,

Please try with database synchronization as issue might be caused due to some problem with fetching of the data onto the form.

Tried DB synchronization, but it also had no effect.

However, issue is related to "Product configuration" conf. key. After removing it from one of forms TabPage, problem is gone. As that TabPage is not needed, I specified "PC" conf. key in its nested objects. This made the form visually same as it has been, but now it works normally.
