    There are different type of documentations. Depending on needs. There can be DD,FED etc. But advise to use ADO for tracking.

    Hi,

    We use predefined questionnaire for asking questions to business. Then er document those functional requirement documents.

    Based on the FRD, we prepare fit gap sheet, which is fit, we make user manual.

    Which are gap we prepare Functional design document.

    Once developed we prepare user manual.
