Financial report shows zero value in WIP while using

Hi Team,

I have a customer that they have tried to generate the WIP report using two options:

  • Posted actuals & budget: the WIP report’s value is shown.
  • Posted actuals & budget, unposted budget: some of the WIP columns are blank.

At the moment, their workaround is to use “Posted actuals & budget” to have the WIP value.

This behavior happened after upgrading to 10.0.8 PU32: I just want to find out the RCA for it and how to fix this issue.

Reprot which customer is using: Multi YearWIP – Result – Detail FY20 Budget Build report wherein all WIP columns has value as zero.

The same issue happened with Managed Services Contribution report, too.

In January, the report figured normally, but when they run the report for December 2019 and February 2020, it shows zero in the forecast columns.

If anyone has an idea about this, please suggest.

    Please be more specific on which reports are you referring to by specifying the path used to find the two reports mentioned and the parameters used for running.

    If those reports don't give you the expected results, have you tried using the financial reporter as an alternative? This tool reports only on findims and ledger accounts but can be an alternative if you have projects setup as financial dimensions.
