import data in dynamic crm 365

hi,

I uploaded an Excel file to CRM
Its a two-day Status Reason submission
Please explain why?

    Hi partner,

    If you are stuck in the 'submitted' state when you import Excel, it seems that there is a problem with the backend asynchronous service.

    I would recommend you raise a Microsoft support ticket.
