Is there a way in MS GP to prompt multiple deductions so in this case uniform payments for employees up to 4 payments.  Or does this have to be done manually?

    Are you talking about payroll payments? if yes, then you can create multiple deduction codes and use this to transaction entry as per Lessie suggestion.

    If you have multiple deduction codes you can set them to automatically populate the Transaction entry screen. Is that what you mean? I wasn't sure if you were talking payroll deductions or payables.
