also if you are wondering why the Unpick button is still active, it is because everytime i unpick it, the infolog says I cant, because there is no qty to be unpick.

Cancel picking route button grey or not based on handling status,
if handling status is activated, you can Cancel picking route button
if handling status is started or completed as I see in your print screen your Cancel picking route button will be greyed
noo, you can cancel the picking route eventhough its completed, it will go back as activated (as far as I remember). and if what you say is true, how do I reverse the handling status to activated?

so check your print screen , handling status is completed .
so there is no way i can reverse it?
if you have a sufficient qty and make unpick and back your picking list registration status to activated, you can cancel

yes i have, but is also canceled
Ok, but then you do not need to cancel the picking list. When cancelling the packing slip, the item is reverted to your original picking location. Please check on-hand for the item and you will see this.
