Hello,
I have a serious issue today, as a user with System Administrator Role, I can not update (change from enable to disable) field security on several fields on Work Order Entity, and when I check on Security Profile, all the field security level from entity Work Order do not appear.
Could you guys help me solve this issue, I have tried to publish all customization, assign system administration roles to another user, but it does not work

Did you get calls from them yet, usually they will call you and then they will copy your solution, is it possible to send the ticket to Private Message?
@ Mario N, we just contact the support and then they run a script, and voila... it's running like before

The field level security is still enabled, but I can not change to disabled, I have already tried with several browsers, clear cache, logged in with another user with System Administration role, but still got an error like this
the error only on particular fields that have field security is enabled.

If you are saying fields is not appearing in the field security profile that means fields has already been disabled field security profile options . Try to close browser , clear cache , re login again check you can change the security options or not .
BTW are you facing issue with all fields or particular fields ?
yes, I logged in as Administrator account and the field security is enabled but when I want to tried to disable the field security, I got an error, I don't get access to edit field security profile.
