Hello Hussein,
You can check Tracing Service.Trace log from the setting --> system job.
Tracing Service.Trace log can only be output when the exception occurred in plugins/ workflow.
If you have an any exception with the plugin then you can can also debug a plugin using the plugin installer.

mscrmba - the trace servce log doesn't contain custom trace messages unless there is an exception thrown. With CRM2015 Update 1 - the trace service messages can be written to the new custom log entity.
How did you get on with this?
Hi Hussain 145,
If you want more information about tracingService.Trace you also can check this link to monitor and troubleshoot Microsft Dynamics CRM

Any feedback, let me know.
Is it not still available where it was for 2011 & 2013?
Event Log of the CRM server
For tracing on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the trace log file is created in the following folder:
Drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Trace
inogic.com/.../use-tracing-in-crm-2011-plugins
The Tracing Service was introduced in CRM 2011 and it allows developers to write log debugging messages from plug-in and custom workflow activities. The value of this feature was limited because it was written only to the Event Log of the CRM server or included in the error message displayed to end users. The former location is not accessible to CRM Online customers and although it is accessible for on-premise customers, log messages are hard to pinpoint among all the other events logged there.
Things are different for 2015 Online Update 1.0 - where new functionality has been introduced.
The contents of this trace log is only output when an exception is thrown in a plugin/workflow activity.
With CRM2015 Update 1 - you can turn on trace logging for 'All' in the Settings and this will write to the 'Plugin Trace' entity.

Hope this helps,
