Add a url to a media in Social Posting

Hi All,

Can you help me?

We are working with social posting in combination with linkedin. In our posts we add a media (picture).

What i want is, the following.

If somebody clicks on the image, you go straight to the website. (basicly a redirect directly to the website)

Is this possible? 

Hope anyone can help.
